My childhood is screaming in jealousy.

The rumor comes from AICN, where they claim Shia has become Spielberg’s new pet. They claim the latest versions of the David Koepp’s script have added back in the old expanding Indy’s family idea started back in The Last Crusace when Connery showed up playing his father. The current Indiana Jones 4 script is supposed to introduce his son this time, and you have to wonder if this is some sort of bid to turn the franchise over to a young generation. What I’m wondering is could we end up watching Shia in a bunch of Son of Indy spin-offs? Somehow he just doesn’t seem right for that.
