Kiefer's dad Donald Sutherland has landed a new action-adventure role. The man's over 70, which on the Harrison Ford scale makes him just the right age to play Indiana Jones.

The Hollywood Reporter says Donald is on board the Matthew McConaughey/Kate Hudson treasure hunting picture Fools Gold. It's the story of a husband and wife who've spent 8 years looking for lost treasure only to find a clue to their long lusted after payday while on the brink of bankruptcy and divorce.

Daddy Sutherland will be a billionaire named Nigel who invites the couple onto his boat. It's probably a very nice boat.
