After doing a little hunting and pecking tonight, I stumbled on something new (at least to me): The Dukes of Hazzard official movie site is live! Granted, maybe I should be shot for caring, but I’m just not mature enough to let go of the residual childhood Dukes love lingering inside me. Then there’s the matter of Jessica Simpson’s lovely legs…

The official site is up and running, but it’s not yet packed with content. They do however have the standard set of buddy icons and character based wallpapers. The wallpapers are actually the clearest pictures we’ve seen of the cast in costume so far, including the General Lee himself. It’s interesting to note how far out of their way they keep going to avoid showing that rebel flag on the General. Let’s hope that doesn’t carry over into the trailers when they finally hit. Embrace what you are or be something else boys.
