I’ll admit to owning more than two Iron Man collectors cups from 7-Eleven and I remember there being a sort of buying craze around my parents house back in the 90s when Batman Forever came out and had those clear promotional glasses at McDonalds. Normally though, superhero movie fast food promotions rarely go beyond the odd Spider-Man themed Happy Meal. For Captain America though, Dunkin' Donuts has teamed up with Marvel to create something a little more fun.

The following video is their new Captain America: The First Avenger commercial in which the average Dunkin Donuts customer, a construction worker of course, is inadvertently transformed into Captain America himself. Watch:



I love this. It’s put together perfectly. If they’re smart they’ll put together a whole series of these. Next up perhaps they should cater to the next biggest Dunkin' Donuts demographic and find some way to Captain America a cop.
