Even though I have concerns about how interesting it will be to the general public, I’m looking forward to Frank Miller’s The Spirit movie. Everything put out so far to promote the movie has been interesting at the very least, and I think there’s a lot of potential in Miller taking on such an influential character.
A lot of the advertising for the movie has followed the same vein so far, but Yahoo! Movies has debuted a new poster featuring Eva Mendes that departs a little from the black and white character against a 300-esqe background. Now we get a tantalizing close up on her face with the taunting question “Do I look like a good girl?”
Something tells me to expect more posters like this in the next few weeks. After all, there is a plethora of characters Lionsgate could market in this fashion. For now take a look at the poster below or click over to Yahoo! Movies for a bigger look.
