Exclusive: New City Of Ember Images

The thought of Bill Murray in a fantasy movie may seem a little funny, but if you saw the trailer for City of Ember which debuted online here last week, then you know its shaping up to look pretty good.

City of Ember is an adaptation by Caroline Thompson of an original book by Jeanne Duprau. If Thompson’s name sounds familiar, it’s because she also wrote The Nightmare Before Christmas and Edward Scissorhands. It may also be a big part of why the film’s first trailer actually looked kind of good.

Other than the trailer, we haven’t seen a lot from the film before now, but today Cinema Blend has been given an exclusive first look at two brand new images from City of Ember.
