Expendables Clip: Stallone And Statham Compete For Kills While Texting![]()
In a somewhat disappointing summer so far, there are still a few guaranteed bits of awesome yet to come. The first of those happens this weekend, with the release of the sure to be brilliant Toy Story 3. Later we’ll get Christopher Nolan’s guaranteed to be brain-bending Inception. And then there’s The Expendables… to blow your fucking ass off.
This is the kind of movie in which a guy can say he’s faster than lightning, and it doesn’t sound ridiculous. This is the kind of movie in which a hero can kill people faster by throwing knives than he could by shooting massive amounts of bullets. You’re going to love it as much as you’re going to love this new Expendables clip. It’s a scene which you’ve already seen part of in the trailers. Here’s the full version, in which Stallone and Statham decide to compete for kills… while texting. Watch: The Expendables is a hard-hitting action/thriller about a group of mercenaries hired to infiltrate a South American country and overthrow its ruthless dictator. Once the mission begins, the men realize things aren’t quite as they appear, finding themselves caught in a dangerous web of deceit and betrayal. With their mission thwarted and an innocent life in danger, the men struggle with an even tougher challenge – one that threatens to destroy this band of brothers. Short version: Sylvester Stallone and every badass action star you’ve ever loved show up in one movie to destroy all who would oppose them. Accept nothing else. See it in theaters August 13th. |
