Faraday's Girlfriend No Longer Lost On Television It’s a good thing Rebecca Mader’s character dies in Lost; otherwise she wouldn’t have had the opportunity to work on so many films. According to THR, Mader joined the casts of both Max Winkler’s Ceremony and Tony Krantz’s The Big Bang.

First on the agenda is Ceremony for NALA Films. It’s a coming-of-age story about a guy played by Michael Angarano (Lords of Dogtown) who’s obsessed with an older woman played by Uma Thurman. When it’s time for Thurman’s character to get married, the lovesick young guy and a pal decide to crash her wedding. Mader will be playing a married member of the wedding party who makes advances toward Angarano.

Ceremony is currently filming in New York, but once it wraps it’s off to the Spokane, Washington set of The Big Bang. The thriller stars Antonio Banderas as a detective hunting down an ex-stripper. Not only has this woman never been seen, but everyone the detective questions concerning her whereabouts winds up dead. Mader’s character is a meth addict working at a medical center who pretends to have particular diseases to test the interns.

If you’re looking to see what Mader is capable of on the big screen, check out Men Who Stare at Goats on November 6th. Mader plays the wife of George Clooney’s character.
