Live in Pittsburgh? Then you should probably show up at the Omni Hotel this weekend to try out for a chance to be in The Dark Knight Rises. Christopher Nolan’s next Batman sequel is currently filming in Croydon, England but they’ll soon move to Pittsburgh and when they do, they’ll be looking for extras.

Advertised here using the movie’s code name “Magnus Rex”, Warner Bros. has put out the call for extras to play “Victims and Perpetrators within a city besieged by crime and corruption.” I felt like I was in a Batman movie just by quoting that sentence. If you get the gig they’ll want you to “Take part in the urban action adventure ripping through the streets of Pittsburgh from July 28th through August 21st.” Yeah, that’s definitely Batman.

Prisoners/Thugs, Guards, Police Officers, Business men & women and Sports Fans- ALL types are needed!!

**BRING PHOTO ID - Driver’s license, State ID or Student ID, etc... (you must be legal to work in the U.S., with a working SS# !)

There are NO SIGN-UP FEES!!

Most of us would pay them for the opportunity to do this, but they’re actually willing to give you $58 bucks a day to show up and be in The Dark Knight Rises. I’d call this a win win. Get moving, and if they hire you, get back to us with a full report from the Batman set.
