It’s been a while since we talked with director Darren Lynn Bousman about his next picture, the musical Repo! The Genetic Opera (check that out here). Since then, I haven’t heard much about the unique project. It turns out I’ve been looking in the wrong place, since the first full-fledged trailer for the movie has arrived online via France.
Unlike the previous teaser, which focused on one of the songs from the movie and was roughly thrown together (by Bousman’s own admission), this is a real trailer that shows off the scope of the movie and focuses more on the story than the music. I have to say, I continue to be intrigued by this movie. Good or bad, it’s going to be interesting. The trailer has arrived online at MSN’s French market, Sympatico. Unfortunately we can’t embed it and you might have to suffer through a French advertisement before the trailer plays. It’s worth it though if this movie is the least bit interesting to you.
