First Horrible Bosses Clip: Stakeouts Are Actually Really Boring![]()
The first clip to emerge in the run-up to the MTV Movie Awards was pretty much just a tease-- about five seconds of scattered shots from The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. Today's new clip isn't just longer-- an actual scene-- but from a movie you might be interested in. MTV had Jason Sudeikis, Jason Bateman and director Seth Gordon on hand to screen Horrible Bosses for an audience in L.A., and they also present the first clip from the film, in which Bateman, Sudeikis and Charlie Day kick off their plot to kill one of their bosses by staking out his house. Because this is a comedy about three completely inept morons attempting murder, the stakeout doesn't exactly go as planned. Check out the clip below.
Everything I'm hearing suggests that Horrible Bosses could be the breakout R-rated comedy hit of the summer, basically what The Hangover was before it morphed into a monstrous sequel. The movie features Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell and Kevin Spacey each doing their comedic best as the titular bosses, and if you missed the sight of Farrell's awful combover in the first trailer that hit, catch up on that and much more in our Blend Film Database. The movie comes out July 8. |
