Normally we don't wind up covering the ups and downs of celebrity hairstyles here unless it's Joaquin Phoenix's beardy tangle for I'm Still Here, but Emma Stone's latest dye job turning her into a blonde is pretty significant for comic book fans. Having been cast as Gwen Stacy in the Spider-Man reboot Stone is returning to her natural blonde locks, and debuted her new hair on a red carpet over the weekend.

I'm not sure what to say about it other than that it looks like it was done by professionals and suits Stone somehow (who I still think looks better as a redhead). She's also looking quite thin which, sadly, is probably another requirement for playing a superhero's girlfriend. They're doing costume and hair and makeup tests right now, with Spider-Man slated to start shooting early next year.
