The Japanese seem to have the inside track on the upcoming Street Fighter movie. Today they got another new first from the movie, when the first image of Kristin Kreuk as star character Chun Li was released there. There’s a bigger version of the image to your right over at Kotaku.
I’m not sure whether I should be disappointed that Kristin Kreuk as Chun Li looks a lot like Kristin Kruek as Kristin Kreuk, or happy that they aren’t doing her up in those ridiculous, silly outfits Chun Li used to wear in the Street Fighter videogames. Though hopefully, at some point in the movie, she gets a little cleaner. Doesn’t Kreuk do face wash commercials? This may not help her endorsement deal.

If they're not gonna have her in some sort of the Chun Li outfit then what is the point of the movie. The fanboys won't line up without that outfit.
