This September Timothy Olyphant will star in a “reinvention” of George Romero’s The Crazies. It’s the story of an idyllic small town, and four friends trapped there when suddenly all of their friends and neighbors go horrifically insane, transformed into depraved, psychotic, bloodthirsty killers. Yes kind of like zombies. Except these zombies can hold knives!

I actually thought this subject was pretty adequately re-covered in The Signal, but since nobody saw The Signal, let’s do the whole thing again! Maybe it’ll be good. Timothy Olyphant is good. Here’s his slightly crazy, first picture from the film:
