Mike Myers is probably best known for creating original, comedic caracters, but after the way all the new ones he created for Austin Powers 3 sucked, and oh yeah there was that cross-eyed guy in View from the Top, I’ve found myself longing for the days of So I Married An Axe Murder, where he mostly just played a funny dude. I mean, the guy doesn’t always have to be hidden beneath weird prosthetics does he?

Apparently Mike disagrees, and his next movie will be based around a new character he’s created for the screen. The movie is The Love Guru and Mike plays the titular love guru.

Along with their big 2008 preview kid, Paramount sent us the first ever pic of Mike in costume as his new Love Guru character. As a bonus, he’s standing next to Jessica Alba, so even if you’re annoyed by Mike’s wacky prosthetic nose you’ll probably enjoy looking at Alba. Here you go:
