First Skyfall Video Blog Goes Behind The Scenes Of The New James Bond Adventure

It was not too long ago when there was a chance that we would never see a new James Bond film ever again. The MGM bankruptcy left the franchise without a definite future and all production on the then-titled Bond 23 was halted. Then MGM was rescued from the brink of oblivion and things were put back in motion. Now the project has an official title (Skyfall), an Oscar winning director at the helm (Sam Mendes), and an all-star cast that includes Daniel Craig, Judi Dench, Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Naomi Harris, Albert Finney, Ben Whishaw and Helen McCrory. The movie is scheduled to be released later this year and now we have the first video blog from the set.

The video comes to us courtesy of the official 007 website and you can watch it below.

Due out on November 9th, Skyfall sees the return of Daniel Craig as James Bond for the first time since 2008's Quantum of Solace. In the film, an old secret will come back to haunt M (Dench) and will test Bond's loyalty to her, while he must also race to stop a devastating threat to MI6.
