In Captain America: The First Avenger, Chris Evans played a young man who, after being injected with a drug, gains superhuman strength and fights to protect the world from the evil organization known as HYDRA. Puncture, however, shows a different side of Evans. Sure, he's still introducing foreign chemicals into his body, but they don't exactly have the same magical effects.

Directed by Adam and Mark Kassan, Puncture stars Evans as Mike Weiss, a Texas-based, drug-addicted lawyer who finds a huge case land in his lap when an ER nurse (Vinessa Shaw) is pricked by a contaminated needle. Weiss and his partner, Paul Danziger (Mark Kassan) decide to take on the health supply corporation responsible.
