For decades film has portrayed Paris, France as the city of love. Countless movies have moved their characters to the classic European city to both find themselves and discover the person they are meant to spend the rest of their lives with. For Midnight In Paris, Woody Allen is taking a bit of a different approach.

Yahoo! has premiered the first trailer for the new Allen film, which is set to make its debut at this year's Cannes Film Festival. In the film, Owen Wilson and Rachel McAdams play a couple who travel to Paris and begin drifting apart when he discovers what goes on after the cock strikes 12. The film also stars Kathy Bates, Adrien Brody, Michael Sheen, Marion Cotillard, Alison Pill, Tom Hiddleston, Carla Bruni and Kurt Fuller.
