Following In Cap's Footsteps, Thor Concept Art Leaked Online
Earlier today we got our first look at what Captain America is likely going to look like through concept art form. While the costume isn't exactly ripped straight from Jack Kirby's original drawings (no helmet wings, suspenders, smaller chest star), it was certainly enough to give everyone at least some hope to a movie that has been plagued by problems since the beginning. But Captain America isn't the only superhero coming next summer. We still haven't seen Marvel's Norse God in all his glory. That wait may be over.
Collider has gotten its hands on what appears to be official concept art for Kenneth Branagh's Thor, scheduled to come out next May. When looked at side-by-side with the official image released back in April this new artwork looks legitimate, but until it's official we can't be sure. Should it be real, the artwork gives us our first look at Thor's lower half, decked out in cool black boots with a metal band around his right leg. If there's anything for Thor fans to be worried about here, it's that these images don't contain the Thunder God's helmet, indicating that they may have abandoned it entirely. Perhaps Marvel Studios has some sort of vendetta against feathers. Check out one of the images below and click it to see more at Collider.
