Footage Of Jennifer Hudson And The City
A Sex and the City big screen adaptation didn’t really need a big name behind it to sell it to fans. All it needed was the return of the main cast members, and a lot of fans were even willing to lose one or two of those in order to get the movie made. Still, the studio has started lining the guest stars up, with Jennifer Hudson as the first big name added, playing an assistant to Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw character.
For some people, there’s a difference between just hearing that an actor has joined a project and actually seeing them on set. For those who prefer the latter, MTV Movie Blog’s Kim Stolz managed to snap some video of Hudson on the set of the movie.
As you might expect from a movie adapted from the show, the involved set is a city street and the footage features Hudson standing around in a fashionable outfit. At least I assume it’s fashionable, this is Sex and the City after all. That’s about all there is to the footage however: Hudson standing around and then walking through a doorway. Not exactly the most compelling material, but still, it’s something, so take a look and enjoy:
