For The Third Year In A Row, Shia LaBeouf Named Best Actor For The Buck![]()
For the third year in a row, Shia LaBeouf has taken the top spot on Forbes' list of "Hollywood's Best Actors For The Buck." Calculated by creating a ratio of money made per dollar spent on the actor's salary, studios walked away with $81 dollars for each George Washington they handed LaBeouf. The list was created from the top 36 highest-earning actors in Hollywood, with the stipulation that they have appeared in at least three movies in the past five years that have opened in more than 500 theaters. Coming in second place on the list was Anne Hathaway, studios making $64 for ever dollar the actress was paid.
LaBeouf is obviously helped by the fact that he starred in the Transformers movies and Indiana Jones 4 when he was still a relative unknown and earning much less. Now that he is a bankable star, though, he's going to have a much harder time staying at top. Check out the top 10 list, as well as their ratio, below. 1. Shia LaBeouf - $81 |
