Wondering what the number one movie will be this weekend? Then you obviously know nothing about Tyler Perry. Madea Goes To Jail opens this weekend, and it’ll be number one.

Here’s a barometer for just how popular Madea actually is, with her rather narrow, specific audience. Lionsgate is holding Madea rallies all across the country. Their goal? To get Madea out of jail! Ok she’s not really in jail, but a bunch of her fans are going to show up in various locations wearing Free Madea t-shirts anyway. And you thought Twilight fans were crazy.

Get your t-shirts and print out your protest signs over on the Free Madea MySpace page. Show up at the rallies and you’ll be gifted with free t-shirts and an honrary membership in the Friends of Madea Foundation. Below is a full breakdown of all the places where rallies will be held:
