The film’s final title may be disappointing after all the hype they’ve been putting us through over it, but at least I can finally write a story about Cloverfield without including a bunch of “aka’s”. That’s kind of a relief.

So we have the movie’s title, but not much else. We still don’t know what it’s about. Some sort of giant lion attacking the city? Human sized velociraptors terrorizing a town? Or is the triumphant cinematic return of Gamera the Turtle? I’m betting on Gamera.

We don’t know much about Cloverfield, but now we have plenty of pictures from it to stare at. Obscure website BlackBookMag has scored 12 new photos from Cloverfield. Mostly, they show pretty people bloodied and scared out of their wits. There’s also a shot (look right) of a girl who appears to be turning into a zombie. This can’t possibly be a zombie movie, can it? Nah.
