Fright Night Hosting Early Screenings, Fan Appreciation Party At Comic Con image
This year's San Diego Comic Con is going to be a weird one. Unlike previous years, some major studios - including Marvel - have decided not to host a panel in the world famous Hall H. Still, there's undoubtedly going to more than enough stuff to see, and now you can throw Fright Night on to that list.

DreamWorks has announced via press release that this year's SDCC will be home to "The Fright Night Feeding Frenzy," which will include multiple events spread out over the Comic Con weekend. In addition to a Hall H panel that will feature Colin Farrell, Anton Yelchin, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Imogen Poots, director Craig Gillespie and screenwriter Marti Noxon, there will also be a fan appreciation party as well as advance screenings of the film (much like what Cowboys & Aliens is doing), which is due out on August 19th. For those who can't make it to Comic Con this year, there will also be a contest held that will award a VIP trip for two to San Diego.

We here at Cinema Blend will be launching our San Diego Comic Con coverage on July 20th, when a bunch of us, including myself, head down to the Whale's Vagina. Until then, be sure to stay posted here as we will be sure to update on all of the cool movies, television shows and video games headed to the expo.
