Goyer Signed

Blade Trinity director David Goyer has just signed up for a new one-year deal with Warner Bros. calling for him to write, produce, and direct films. Granted, that’s pretty vague but I guess that’s the sort of freedom you get when you write three money-making Blade movies. What’s certain is that just about anything he does in the next year will belong to the WB and I guess that’s the point.

Goyer’s next two projects are rumored to be more new comic-book properties, hopefully none of them end up rhyming with “Pooperman”. Just in case Goyer does deliver gold, Warner Brothers has the option to renew his contract for two more years after the initial deal is up.
