I've been on this miserable diet for awhile now, which means I don't get to eat much in the way of sugar filled treats. Most unfortunate since this story is making me really hungry.

The guys over at Superherohype.com have come up with this photo (to your right) of what could be the route being taken for The Thing in the upcoming Fantastic Four movie. They've employed the folks who created the great Hellboy costume to duplicate their success on Ben Grim, rather than treading into the infinitely inferior cop out of CGI or the underused world of Jim Henson puppetry to create the rock hard hero.

This particular picture makes him resemble a tasty and delicious rice crispy treat, which should work out great if the ever lovin Thing ever decides to release his own line of deserts. Unless its a fake. This is after all only a maquette and who knows what they'll settle on by the time The Fantastic Four is actually released in March of 2005.
