While in America The Happening is being marketed as if it’s Signs 2, overseas it looks like the movie’s advertising is striking a much darker, more disturbing tone.
The poster below showed up this week on the forum at dvd-forum. It’s, obviously, an international poster for The Happening. Nothing quite says dark and attention getting like a bunch of splayed out dead bodies. This is M. Night’s first rated-R movie after all. That has to mean something.
