The Hangover Part III's Doomed Giraffe Gets Its Own Poster
The Wolf Pack, the name given to the group consisting of Zach Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms in Todd Phillips' Hangover movies, doesn't have a great history animals. In the first film, one of their forgotten adventures involved stealing a Bengal Tiger that belonged to Mike Tyson, and nearly getting mauled the morning after. The second trip into darkness involved a drug-dealing monkey. And if you've seen the first trailer for The Hangover Part III, you know that things don't end well for the gang's new companion, a giraffe. But at least the creature got its own poster, thanks to the film's official Facebook page.
But while crazy animal gags have been a part of the entire Hangover franchise, don't expect the newest sequel to have the same plot as the first. Instead of having a wedding, a bachelor party, and a forgotten night, Part III picks up two years after the events of the last film and finds Alan (Galifianakis) off his meds and in bad shape after the death of his father. Grouping together to help their friend, Stu (Helms), Phil (Cooper) and Doug (Justin Bartha) agree to take Alan to a rehab facility, but find trouble along the way when a mysterious man (John Goodman) attacks them, threatens them, and enlists them in a mission to find Mr. Chow (Ken Jeong).
