Hero Blend #40: Black Panther, Captain Marvel, And Marvel Studios' Incredibly Bright Future

There are weeks that I struggle to decide what the subject of Hero Blend should be. Do I check in to see what’s happening with the X-Men, or are the developments with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice more interesting? This week there was no struggle.

This past Tuesday, Marvel Studios hosted a special presentation in downtown Hollywood, and used the venue to reveal an incredible number of incredible developments currently in the works at the company. Not only did we get confirmations of titles like Captain America: Civil War, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Captain Marvel and Inhumans, but we even learned that The Avengers 3 will be a two parter called The Avengers: Infinity War and that Chadwick Boseman has been locked in to play Black Panther. It’s been an incredibly exciting week, and I couldn’t wait to talk about it on this week’s episode.

Joining me to dive into and discuss the explosion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is the wonderful Roth Cornet, Entertainment Editor at IGN. We had a great, high-energy talk about all of the new developments, so hit play above!
