Hero Blend #59: The Consequences Of The Avengers: Age Of Ultron (Spoiler Edition!)

Joss Whedon’s The Avengers: Age of Ultron will not only ultimately prove to be one of the biggest movies of 2015, but it’s also one of the most significant chapters in the timeline of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Bringing together characters from all over, and introducing a whole bunch of new ones, the movie featured not only some shocking world-changing major events, but also did a great deal to change the heroes at the center of the story.

But what exactly did we see change, and how will it all affect things as the Marvel world moves towards Ant-Man and the massive plans for Phase Three? For this week’s Hero Blend, we are analyzing just that in a spoiler-filled episode. We’re going through the major players in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and seeing how the events of Avengers 2 changed them - and then looking towards the future and what we can expect to see in future films. Will Thor be battling Thanos very soon? Could Hulk return to the big screen in Doctor Strange? We have some ideas…

Joining me for this very complex and nerdy discussion is my good friend Silas Lesnick from ComingSoon.net/SuperHeroHype/Most Craved, who admittedly has some differing opinions than I do about The Avengers: Age of Ultron, but also some great theories about where things are heading for Marvel.
