For some of us, High School Musical 3, coming to a theater near you, will be the scariest thing that happens this Halloween. But there are others among us who simply can't wait until Oct. 24 to have their tickets in their excited, adolescent palms, and oh you bet Disney knows those people exist. Starting this Friday, September 26, tickets to High School Musical will be available for sale at Disney's website.

“We’re giving our devotees an opportunity to get their tickets now, a month before the movie opens, to show them we appreciate their loyalty and recognize their excitement for the movie," said Disney's marketing president Jim Gallagher in a statement posted at IESB.net. They're also sweetening the deal for the fans who wind up buying their tickets from Fandango or Movietickets.com in the end; they'll get a free iTunes download of a song from the movie, "Can I Have This Dance."
