Hugh Jackman And James Mangold Will Answer Your Wolverine Questions Live

Do you have a burning question for Hugh Jackman and director James Mangold pertaining to The Wolverine, the prequel-sequel currently in production down under in Australia? Then you’re in luck. The duo took to YouTube recently to promote a live Q-and-A that they plan to conduct from the set next Monday, Oct. 29, at 1 p.m. PT. But don’t take our word for it. Here’s Jackman and his Wolverine director, Mangold:

Two things jumped out. It’s interesting that Mangold admits they’re nearly ready to wrap production on the sequel to the prequel. And also, I like that they’ll be broadcasting from the set, hopefully allowing Mangold to show us some of his official construction (so that we’re not spying it in blurry set photos leaked to the Internet).

No one wants the Wolverine sequel to work more than Jackman wants it to. He adores this character, and wants to treat it with reverence. We can only hope that Mangold is the collaborator Jackman has been seeking since Bryan Singer left the franchise after X2: X-Men United.

In the meantime, if you have a question that you want to submit to this live Q-and-A, you can use Twitter (which Jackman reportedly monitors) by hashtagging #TheWolverineLive. And next Monday, the feed will be broadcast on www.YouTube.com/thewolverinemovie OR www.thewolverinemovie.com. I admire Jackman and Mangold opening up the doors to their production, and I’m legitimately interested to see what they choose to reveal next week.
