Hulk-A-Mania Here![]()
It looks like MTV has broken its own deadline. The trailer for The Incredible Hulk was scheduled to air later tonight on all of MTV’s networks (MTV, VH1, etc). After its television debut, the trailer was going to be made available through the company’s website. Well, it’s already there, both in a streaming version and high definition. So how is it?
Truth be told, I’ve never been a huge fan of the Hulk, and Ang Lee’s Hulk movie alienated me even more, but this looks pretty darn good. At the very least it’s got the right feel to it – Banner on the run, and not wanting to control the Hulk, but get rid of it. That’s a hell of a lot better than the first teaser with Eric Bana proclaiming that he was starting to enjoy the green goliath aspect. I have to give the marketing team kudos on this one. There’s no attempt to hide things from the audience. There’s Norton looking cool as Bruce Banner. There’s the Abomination, and finally, there’s the Hulk making one hell of an entrance. I assume we’ll see him in the film before that moment, but for the trailer it’s a great hero’s first appearance. While it would be nice to have the trailer over here, Universal did us a nice favor and sent over a ton of shots from the trailer. Check out a few images below and click on them to head over to our Incredible Hulk image gallery. I’m looking forward to checking out The Incredible Hulk this summer. Check out the trailer at MTV.com and see if you don’t agree.
