With The Incredible Hulk in his rear view mirror, at least for now, director Louis Leterrier is thinking about what will occupy his time next. He seems to be more of an action director than anything else; in addition to Hulk, he’s directed The Transporter and Unleashed. So an action thriller would be right up his alley. Fortunately, there is an action thriller out there looking for a director. It's called Strays.

HR says the Leterrier is negotiating to direct the Michael Ross penned script. Ross wrote the torture porn movie, Turistas. Strays is about some young people on a business trip to Russia who end up in a radioactive city and must fight to survive the… things that try to kill you in radioactive cities.

In the old days, this would be called a zombie movie, but now it’s known as an “eco thriller.” Hopefully there will be more to it than young, good looking people of both sexes trying to not get killed by the scary things that go bump in the night… or day. We’ve already seen that a babillion times.
