Indiana Jones Blu-Ray Collection Trailer Makes Fall 2012 Seem Very Far Away

Just yesterday the news broke that a Blu-ray set fans have been waiting years for was finally, definitively on the horizon. Lucasfilm and Paramount announced that The Complete Indiana Jones Blu-Ray Collection would be gracing store shelves this coming fall, allowing fans to take home high-def copies of Raiders of the Lost Ark, Temple of Doom, The Last Crusade, and (sigh) The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

The press release was vague at best, simply promising a release during "Fall 2012," and that the set would include "a 'best of' collection of documentaries, interviews, featurettes and a few new surprises." Still, even without a definitive release date or a full breakdown of the bonus features, this is reason to be excited. And if you want to stoke that excitement even more, check out the trailer for the set that Paramount sent along.

Thirty years after Raiders and that music still gets my blood pumping every single damn time. Stay tuned to Cinema Blend for more info on the Complete Indiana Jones Blu-Ray Collection as it becomes available.
