Maybe it's because the narration is entirely in Japanese, or maybe it's because Chun Li just isn't all that inspiring a character. But the Japanese trailer for Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li, which hit the web over at Coming Soon, just isn't all that inspiring to me. It's got all the standard elements of an action movie trailer-- bombastic orchestral music, explosions, a slow beginning leading up to a bunch of scissor-kicking. Will there be anything new to enjoy here?

I'm looking forward to when the English-language version comes to light, and I can actually understand what they're telling me about Chun Li, the greatest fighter of all time, or whatever she's supposed to be. But with just this to go on, I don't see that much to look forward to . Check out the trailer below and feel free to call me crazy in the comments.
