After working for a few years as an SNL stalwart and Liz Lemon's former flame on 30 Rock, Jason Sudeikis is making a real effort toward movie stardom. He's already set to star in Hall Pass alongside Owen Wilson, and now THR reports he's in final negotiations to join Horrible Bosses, an ensemble comedy that already stars a whole slew of comic actors.

The King of Kong's documentarian Seth Gordon will be directing Jennifer Aniston, Jamie Foxx, Colin Farrell, Charlie Day and Jason Bateman in the film, about three friends (Sudeikis, Bateman and Day) who scheme to murder each others' bosses, in a kind of Strangers on a Train arrangement. Aniston and Farrell will be playing two of the bad managers, while Foxx is a scam artist offering murdering advice. Fans of good TV comedy have a lot to rejoice at here-- where else can you see 30 Rock's Floyd, Arrested Development's Michael Bluth and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's Charlie getting in together on a murder scheme?
