Jennifer Garner is doing erotica and now Jennifer Love Hewitt is playing a hooker. It’s a good week to be a disgusting pervert.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, squeaky clean “Ghost Whisperer” star J-Love will roll around in the mud a bit by starring as a hooker housewife in a movie based on the magazine article “She Had Brains, a Body, and the Ability to Make Men Love Her”.

Written by Katy Vine and originally published in Texas Monthly magazine (a publication I’ll now make it a point to read more of next time I’m stuck in a doctor’s office), the article is the story of a 22-year-old Odessa housewife and former homecoming queen making extra cash by selling her body for sex. Because she’s ridiculously hot, she eventually becomes the most popular whore in town, that is until she and 68 other prostitutes and prominent Odessa citizens are arrested in a shocking scandal.

But hold on a minute, don’t get to excited. J-Love won’t be abandoning her wholesome image any time soon. She’ll star in the movie, but she envisions it as a comedy. Turning the whole thing into a joke should leave her plenty of wiggle room to avoid the less savory side of the world’s oldest profession. In fact, don’t be surprised if the thing’s a bland PG-13.

This is still Jennifer Love Hewitt we’re talking about, after all. I mean, aside from this, her only other current film project is Garfield 2. Don’t look for her in Playboy anytime soon.
