Jim Carrey, Steve Carell And Dominatrix Olivia Wilde In Burt Wonderstone Set Pics
Wait one second. I thought Don Scardino’s upcoming The Incredible Burt Wonderstone centered around rival magicians on the Las Vegas Strip. So why is Olivia Wilde decked out on some skin-tight dominatrix gear that makes her look like a feminine version of Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction Gimp. Listen, I’m not saying this is a bad thing. In fact, these bizarre set photos (courtesy of EyePrime.net) only make me more intrigued to see why kind of oddities Jim Carrey, Steve Carell and the Wonderstone cast have cooked up. Here are four of the best pics. See the full gallery here:
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Wilde looks sexier in these earlier set photos, when you could actually see her pretty face. But these new shots appear to be from later in the story, when her assistant switches loyalties from Carell’s illusionist to Carrey’s up-and-coming magician challenger. Pitting Carell against Carrey, with Wilde in the middle, should be enough. But Scardino’s cast only improves from there, finding roles for Steve Buscemi, Brad Garrett, Jay Mohr, Alan Arkin and James Gandolfini, who keeps trying to put the iconic role of Tony Soprano in his rear-view mirror. Rumor has it that the production also will use actual Vegas celebs like Criss Angel, David Copperfield and … uh, David Letterman. Hey, if the script was strong enough to lure the Cabin Boy star out of movie “retirement,” it has to be outstanding. We’ll find out at some point in 2013. |
