Jurassic World Will Feature These 18 Dinosaurs

Every title in the Jurassic Park franchise to this point is filled with dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes – and Colin Trevorrow’s Jurassic World will not be breaking that tradition. The film is set to feature creatures of land, sea and sky, and the trailers make it look like they will all be involved in some pretty spectacular sequences. But which species can we expect to see on the big screen this summer? That list has been unveiled, and it comes with some fantastic pictures as well!

The Jurassic World viral site – which is basically a fake website for the park itself – has all but entirely launched a section of their website that details 18 of the various dinosaur species that will be featured in the new movie. Check them all out below, and click on the ones that are hyperlinked to see what they will look like!

As you may have noticed, there are still three dinosaurs that have yet to be unveiled – but the good news is that you don’t really have to wonder what they look like. This is because all of them have been featured in past Jurassic Park movies. Here is the hard-headed Pachycephalosaurus:

Followed by the weird, elongated-skull possessing Parasaurolophus:

And finally there’s those cuddly little Velociraptors:

In addition to those three, it should be noted that there is currently only a silhouette available of the Indominus Rex – the genetic hybrid at the center of Jurassic World’s plot – but the good news is that there’s a ton of information about it on its personal profile page.

Which dinosaurs are you most excited to see come to life in Jurassic World? Is your favorite species still missing from the franchise? Tell us in the comments below!
