Justin Long And Mike White Get Married In Anti-Prop 8 Video

This video doesn't really have anything to do with a movie or the industry at all, but it stars two actors who are in the movies and it's hilarious, so it counts. The "Make Homosexuals Marry" campaign to overturn California's Proposition 8 takes the cheeky stance that if you don't like gay people, make them get married so they can be just as miserable as straight married people. The three-minute video tells the story of a gay couple-- played by Mike White and Justin Long-- who meet at a pride rally, get married and move in together, only to slowly grow apart and resentful of one another in the way straight marriages have for centuries.

It's clever, it's funny, it's well-intentioned-- what's not to like? The short is directed by Josh Gordon and Will Speck, the guys behind Blades of Glory, and it might be better than that entire movie. Check it out the SFW version below, though if you want to see the penis surfboard that's blurred out-- and you really, really should-- click here.
