Leonardo DiCaprio is well on his way to ending up behind bars. His production company, Appian Way, has just signed on to pull together Kite, a prison drama steeped in the world of gangs and crooked guards.
Apparently there's a chance Leo will also star in the film. As producer, the role of his choice is there for the taking. Should he decide that Kite is his next movie all he'd have to do is find a director not interested in casting his own leading man.
That's not to suggest Leo needs any help getting roles. Apart from his work as a producer he recently finished filming The Departed, his latest collaboration with Martin Scorsese. He's also presently filming The Blood Diamond, directed by Ed Zwick, the man behind Legends of the Fall and The Last Samurai.
