Since Liam Neeson generally shows up in good films, and since A-Team was kind of a huge mess, you’d think he’d never want to work with director Joe Carnahan again. I guess the guy puts out great bagels or something because they’re getting back together. THR says Neeson is set to replace Bradley Cooper in Carnahan’s next movie, The Grey.

The movie, as explained by Carnahan back in February is about “a group of pipeline workers in Alaska flying back into civilization after being remote for a number of months. The 737 they're on goes down, and they begin to be hunted by a pack of rogue wolves.” Bradley Cooper and Liam Neeson may not seem to have much in common as actors, but just about anyone can play a pipeline worker being chased by wolves. It doesn’t matter if you’re young or old, American or British, it’s hard to imagine the role being all that specific. So Cooper leaves, plug in Liam Neeson instead. Why not. He’s even bigger, so more meat for the wolves to chew on.
