Linda Hamilton Will Lend Her Pipes to McG

By Emily McDonald: 2009-03-17 12:39:55
Linda Hamilton Will Lend Her Pipes to McG Talking last month about her potential participation in Terminator: Salvation, Linda Hamilton told MTV News that “We are talking. I haven’t read it yet. I don’t know what direction they will go in.”. Well, apparently it's on, and her part will be in the form of a voice over. CHUD reports that we will hear Hamilton’s voice for a short monologue at the beginning of the film.

CHUD's source promises that the voice over “works very well in context” and compares it to her voice over in Terminator 2 in terms of “tone and style.” Since she’s one of the biggest badasses around (female or male), adding Hamilton to the mix can only be a good thing for the film.

If you’ve seen Watchmen then you’ve probably seen the Terminator Salvation trailer on the big screen. And, if you’ve seen the Terminator Salvation trailer, then you’ve realized that the film is not only about to come to a theater near you, but that it is bringing awesomeness with it. I probably should have already been excited about the film before I saw the preview. I was, but it wasn’t the pure, unadulterated post-preview excitement that I have now. Check it out the trailer here.
