Lindsay Lohan In Ye Old Movie![]()
I’ve always defended Lindsay Lohan’s acting ability, but it’s never really been so certain that she can actually be funny. But someone is willing to take a risk on her, since she’s been cast in a comedy opposite Jack Black called Ye Olde Times. The concept is actually pretty great: it’s about two rival Renaissance Faires. You know what I’m talking about—they come to town dressed up in silly costumes and make you do ridiculous things in front of otherwise-sane adults.
E! Online reports that it’s uncertain whether or not Lohan will be in Black’s troupe or in a competing one. The comedy is produced by small Patriot Pictures, so this isn’t exactly some tentpole summer comedy that’s going to jump-start her career. Still, it’s nice to see Lohan actually doing some work for once, and alongside someone who’s known to be funny, well, 6 times of out 10. Speaking of which, go see Be Kind Rewind. The rest of the E! article is taken up with quotes from Lindsay’s mom Dina, who never met a reporter she didn’t want to run her mouth at. So if you want to hear more about Lindsay’s nude shots from New York magazine, read on. |
