Luke Wilson seems keen to step into the abandoned acting career of Johnny Knoxville. He cameoed in Jackass Number Two, and now he's stepping into a movie next to Jessica Simpson.
MTV says he's joining the cast of Jessica's new movie Blonde Ambition. It's a pseudo remake of the 1988 Melanie Griffith movie Working Girl. Pseudo because Melanie's version was actually kind of good. So what's Jessica's version about? A young woman enters the corporate world and works her way to the top. Being hot probably helps. Luke will play the film's second lead, and Andy Dick is reportedly in talks to play a wacky male secretary. Look for Blonde Ambition in theaters next summer.
