Elvis & Nixon just got a little more star power added to it. The film, which will mark Carey Elwes’ directorial debut, is already set to star Eric Bana and Danny Huston, playing the the title characters respectively, and now Luke Wilson and Kevin Connolly have joined the cast.

Elvis & Nixon tells the story of Elvis Presley’s trip to Washington DC to meet President Nixon in 1970. Eric Bana is already set to play Presley and Huston, who played Stryker in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, among other roles, will play Tricky Dick (aka President Richard M. Nixon). The Hollywood Reporter posted the news that Kevin Connolly and Luke Wilson will be joining the cast of the indie film.

Wilson (Old School, The Royal Tenenbaums), is set to play Sonny, one of Elvis’ “Memphis Mafia.” Meanwhile Connolly, known for playing Eric in HBO’s Entourage, will play a limo driver. While Connolly isn’t quite what you'd call a huge name, he’s certainly well known enough that it might be safe to assume this limo driver will have a bit more to do than just drive.

?Production could begin for Elvis & Nixon in Louisiana as soon as January.
