After The Virgin Suicides and Lost in Translation it's hard to believe that Sofia Coppola could put out a stinker. But early word on her next movie, Marie-Antoinette remains surprisingly negative. Cinema Blend's own Erik Woidtke reviewed it early for usand gave it one of the most positive scores I've seen so far, but even he only gave it rather marginal three stars.
The film debuts in a few months, until then all we have to go by are trailers and movie posters. Sony has just released a new one sheet for the film to us, in the same unique, and rather engaging style of all the other materials we've seen so far from the film.
