The Hurt Locker is still one of the best things I’ve seen all year. It’s like the serious Iraq War movie meets Speed. The Kathryn Bigelow directed film follows an army bomb squad through the dusty streets of Baghdad where they diffuse bomb in hostile territory. It’s an incredibly intense experience and when the movie opens in limited release on June 26th, make sure you buy a ticket and drag a few unwilling friends with you.
