I wasn't really crazy about the first poster for Sex and the City 2 because, unlike the trailer, the poster seemed to be pretending that the movie was all about Carrie, with the other three characters basically like her backup singers.

I thought I would prefer a poster that included everyone, but yikes, was I ever wrong. Someone went a little crazy with the Photoshop and the golden hued skin color corrections, and everyone in this poster doesn't just look a little crazy, but not remotely like themselves. Did they photoshop Kristin Davis's face on to Kim Cattrall somehow? Did they digitally add rhinestones to Sarah Jessica Parker's irises? Is Cynthia Nixon stifling a yawn? And hasn't Parker heard all the mean internet jokes about her looking like a horse enough for her to avoid opening her mouth like that and making her face even longer?

I can only imagine all the catty insults that Stanford Blatch would have for a poster like this. I'm still seeing the film, of course, and I'll still hate myself for it, but this poster really isn't making it any easier.
